Write an essay on should non-it students be allowed for IT jobs of 250-400 words

This era is the era of Technology. especially IT industry is booming right now and it will probably continue for next 100-200 years, The primary reason is Artificial Intelligence which is just in below beginning. There is whole lot of opportunity and scope in the AI & ML field. and the job requirements are and will be always based entirely upon one's SKILL esp. Problem-Solving Skills. As you might have seen it is no longer bound to any particular degree or college. Students from Non-Tech branches or not being from STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) like Mechanical, EC, Automobile, Metallurgy, etc. getting jobs in the IT field and entering into top Tech Companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Directi is not strange either. Afterall these companies pretty much hire only crème de la crème Coders, Problem-Solvers and Best Brains of the world. They don't limit their job hunt to any specific formal education rules.

I think this is what it should be and it's perfectly fine to hire non-it students for IT jobs. Because sometimes (read mostly) students accept some non-tech degree education but the inner fire and burning desire for their passion for coding never die. It actually makes the best of the best coders. They surprisingly become better than even their IT fellas.

In India students getting hired in Top product based companies even being from tier 3 colleges and non-tech background happens many times. and you might've seen it many times in newspapers also.

So, if your guts are towards coding and you're passionate about it like, really passionate than without a single doubt dive directly in the ocean of programming. You'll certainly learn swimming in this "Coding Ocean" after trying your ass off and practicing really hard.

To start with, just learn any programming language preferably C++/Java whichever you like. get the basic knowledge by completing a short language course from youtube (from channels like thenewboston, Saurabh Shukla, Telusko. any one of it). After completion start practicing Problems in Online Programming Judges like HackerRank, CodeChef, Spoj, etc.

I would highly recommend you to follow the below given SPOJ link. where problems are sorted based on difficulty level by top Indian competitive programmer and engineer Anuddep Nekkanti:

So, start right now and become a top programmer and secure job in top IT companies or pursue Entrepreneurship if u like.

HAPPY CODING :)
