6 Tips To become Productive during Covid-19 Lockdown

Ok ok I know that The present Corona Virus Lockdown period is alien to all of us and the somewhat relieving fact is that each and every person all around the globe is going through this Unexpected Pandemic.

It's almost been a couple of months since the lockdown has been laid on in India. Now, for just a minute look at your past self 2 months back and observe if there is any positive difference in your present personality, your life?, If not then this article is probably best suited for you. Go on...

Looking at the present scenario it doesn't seem like the end of the lockdown is anywhere near. Undoubtedly it will last for as much as 3-5 months with changing rules and regulations.

Now, in such a case, it becomes extremely important that we use productively the MOST PRECIOUS resource the humankind has ever got - TIME.

There are lots of articles about this on the web. So, the obvious question then is How this article differs from all of them?. The answแœer is It only contains my Experience of experiments over different time management techniques, and which ones proved to be most beneficial.

As all the educational institutes have been shut down to prevent the spread of coronavirus the students are left with plenty of time and it's highly possible that if we don't keep watch over our daily actions then this invaluable resource (Time) will get wasted away unknowingly. which as always results in the after the event regret.

(0) Enroll in Online Courses:

Thanks to an easily accessible Internet connection in every corner of India that you don't need to go to school to learn. There are a plethora of MOOCs and Specialization courses available on sites like Coursera,edX, Udacity, etc. Ab bas jaroorat hai to dil me kuchh seekhne ka Burning Desire paida karne ki.

Talking about me, our university (GTU) has made accessible all the Coursera Premium courses with certificates for Free. Taking benefit of which I've enrolled in several computer science-related courses. Specifically revolving around DS&A.

(1) Start using YouTube in your favor:

Ahh! YouTube, I know it has become a hot topic all around the nation. and TikTok vs YouTube battle is not unknown for any of us. But, what if I tell you that jumping over such online fights as a student is an utter waste of time. Yes, it's 110% true. it's not going to improve your life or career by even a fraction of 1%.

If you want to at all, Take positive from this incident...the rating of TikTok Lite has been fallen down to 1.3*, now just observe how much capability we possess, What changes determination power can make.

Youth is the right time to have lots of ups and downs, thousands of failures, and yet we have the power to overcome these mistakes and come out stronger than ever before. To become the best person the world has ever seen.

But yes, if you're a content creator or wish to make your career in that direction then it becomes important to look out over such Garmagarmi wale topics.

for more info. watch out this informative video by Aman Dhattarwal.

Besides this, I'm the biggest fan of YouTube for the fact that it provides plenty of deeply informative, interesting educational videos.

Believe me, most of the Engineers in India get through the tough road of engineering with the help of youtube. Channels like mycodetutorial, Etoos, NPTEL to name a few are sometimes prove to be better than even formal education in terms of teaching and understanding.

Now, there could be a book written about it if we keep on writing about YouTube ke gungaan ๐Ÿ˜….

Okay so let's move over to the next productive task in the list.

(2) Read a book.

Oh boii,๐Ÿ˜. I get goosebumps whenever I hear the word BOOK. There cannot be a better time than this to start reading a book which you couldn't do till the date because of your busy schedules or any other reason.

Honestly, I take the utmost pride in calling myself bibliophile and believe me you should seize this opportunity too to get yourself that title. It's the best time ever.

The benefits of reading a good book are not unknown to any of us.

One out of many benefits is in front of you ๐Ÿ˜. Yaa, of course, it's me. Being that Gujarati medium guy I didn't even know how to pronounciate "Know" or to spell even basic English words like cricket, games until 8th.

(oh I remember requesting my maternal uncle to bring me latest "Computer GEMS" disc in 4th std) But many thanks to YouTube and most importantly books that I got to know that know is pronounced as "now" and not as "kano"๐Ÿ˜‚.

(3) Exercise a lot, Stay in shape:

Hey fatty ghety get yourself moving. Bro ek hi life mili hai aur agar fit nahi ho tum to samajh lo tum kabhi poora enjoy nahi kar sakte life ko. kuchh ukhad nahi sakte life me. this is the lesson I've learned the hard way.

Now please for the sake of god don't give excuses of Quarantine, No g and what not. Your 12*12 bedroom is enough to do push-ups, Surya Namaskara, Jumping jaks and so many exercises out there. and above all Gym is not necessary at all to stay in shape. Determination and Consistency are.

I do at least 20 surya namaskara and 15 push-ups, and lots of jumping jacks every freaking day and it has changed my overall health and life a lot for good. Get your heart pumping a little high. "Kudo, daudo, bhaago, giro thoda body ko kasht do bhai..baithe baithe hi mar jaoge warna."

(4) Spend some quality time with Family:

Time to do what you could not because of busy schedules. Play cards with family,They don't expect anything but love from you.

Talk with them, Show some love to your parents, children. Resolve your past issues, Watch movies together (lekin pehle kis type ki film hai ye dekh lena ๐Ÿ˜€..warna lene ke dene pad jayenge, I'm glad that you understood.), Walk down the memory lane with them together. Recall that past funny incident that happened with you in childhood.

In a nutshell have some fun with your family. You'll know how wonderful that experience is.

(5) Ab thoda Chill Karo ...have some fun, have some life.

Okay, now this might not seem to be a productive task to some people and it actually is not if you're involved with it 24*7. then it becomes a dark monster for your life. Otherwise, it will definitely prove to be the elixir to your life.

After the whole productive day spare some hour or two for entertainment or enjoyment. Go play Garba and dance wildly putting aside all the worries and other thoughts. trust me aisi Happy and relaxed wali feeling aayegi maza hi aa jayega. You know, its Kaafi Cool experience.๐Ÿ˜Œ

Lastly, don't take life too seriously.. as joker has best quoted it.

Okay..that's it from my side..Hope after the lockdown you will come out stronger and wiser than ever before.

Enjoy the present moment cause you've no idea which will come out to be the last one.

Please consider sharing the post if you've found it to be helpful.

Milte hai next post me...till then Goodbye...Happy Quarantine ;).
